Establishes protocol for using member and privately owned vehicles, including supervisor/employee responsibilities, vehicle assignments, driver training, restricted use, and accident reporting. The policy was updated in response to AB2298 to prohibit the use of a personal vehicle by public safety employees unless the member has approved a consent form.
