Risk Control Technician

CIRA is seeking a Risk Control Technician for a newly created, entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in public-sector risk management and safety. This role supports member agencies through training, risk assessment support, and implementation of risk management tools, while offering meaningful professional development and growth within a collaborative team environment. The position is primarily remote, with limited travel and occasional in-office collaboration in Folsom, CA.
