Please remember that certificates and endorsements should be requested in advance to allow sufficient time for processing, and any incomplete information may delay issuance. IMPORTANT: CIRA must receive a copy of the current, signed agreement between the member and the certificate holder (vendor) before issuing a certificate. If the agreement does not contain insurance and indemnification requirements, a separate document outlining those requirements must be submitted in conjunction with the request.
